@British_Airways Disappointed that after booking a BA package for 11 people, we’re now being asked to accept a replacement hotel because our original won’t open in time.
The alternative is lower rated & offers fewer facilities. Hard to see how this is an equivalent replacement.
@British_Airways Natalie, that is who I have been speaking with and no, they have not been ‘happy to discuss my options’. BA T&C’s clearly state an alternative should be equivalent, which it is not. I have a contract with BA which is in breach.
.@MichaelVaughan Cricket needs to look after all stakeholders, not just the “Big 3”. If it doesn’t, we’d probably never see a tear away 21-year old Protea bowling to an England captain in a test at Centurion again. https://t.co/Zj0zBZJVqN
.@MichaelVaughan Broadcast rights (Viacom18, Sky Sports, Foxtel), franchise fees, title sponsorship (Betway), and partnerships (Castle Lite and FanCraze) are keeping SA cricket alive. Without this, players would leave, quality would decline as would viewership. /2
.@MichaelVaughan Love your work on the comms but your criticism of SA’s qualification is unbalanced. The “Big 3” have marginalized the other test playing nations, SA had to look for other revenue streams. Without SA20 the Proteas would fade away. /1
@LibertarianZA Hi 👋🏼 one of tons here that you don’t know. I’m not single, don’t live rural, nor do I need to justify my decision. Who actually gives a shit if I’ve moved or whether you’ve stayed put.
SA is a great place and that will always be part of my identity - but so much to 🧐 in the 🌎
@bensmithrugby As opposed to losing at home to 7th in the world, a side that does not have a domestic league, a side that scores on average 14 points in NZ. That silver fern is wilting, pal.
