The incredible moment when you're reading a great paper and you realize that @Biocinematics is an author!
(so great to see them in print!)

Amazing work by Stuart, @jodie_jenkinson & @gmcgill
Haven't been on social media much recently, but I'm looking at mast-a- DON (that should foil the twitter filters).
Where are the #sciart and #scicomm people at? Also #science, STEAM, etc. Server recommendations welcome! ๐งฌ๐ฒ๐
@NotionStatus If only I could keep working and just have Notion sync when the server issues are resolved... Count me in on the "offline" mode request petition.
It's wild that climate change is a problem because the earth is capturing more radiation from the sun, and also a great solution is for the earth to capture more radiation from the sun.
Love the new icons @NotionHQ!
1) Can we put these inline with text, like with emoji?
2) Please keep our custom uploaded icons in the "Custom" tab for recurring use.
If you implement either/both, I won't reveal to everyone how to download the original svgs for the new icons ๐๐
@NotionHQ Can we please have the option to toggle, hide, or remove H3 (and H2) headings in Table of Contents blocks? When I need a ToC, it's because I have a long page with many headings, but then the ToC is too long and hard to parse.
Looks like I don't need to worry about Dall-E taking over just yet. See reply for my version of "Photograph of a robotic arm holding a ball-and-stick molecule dipping into a tranquil pond surface under a cloudy sky" #dalle2
@linusgsebastian Gotcha, I misunderstood the scope of the boutique builds you were talking about. In any case, that was an amazing service: price-matched components and then $50 for assembly, cable management, os installation, validation, and stress testing. A no brainer for me back then
@linusgsebastian I just listened to a recent WAN show where I think you mentioned you built all NCIX's custom PC orders? Are you "the technician"? Did you build my computer? If so, thank you, it served me extremely well for 10 years.
When you so teensy that your inner ear won't work...
Pumpkin toadlets lack proper vestibular function, which is less than ideal for graceful landings.
Thank you @marciopie and Richard Essner et. al for the heartwarming derpetology.
@AvenSarah Thanks so much! Yes, I really enjoy reading them with the kids. Funnily enough, I remember someone directly selling Usborne books to my mom when I was a kid (same program?), but I loved those books, particularly a hefty "World History".
Can you help me surprise my wife? Yesterday was our 14th anniversary ๐, undermined by โmoney talksโ as cost of living = ๐. She sells educational kids books for @Usborne ๐จ๐ฆ via https://t.co/FeClGPq5S3 and it would ๐ฏ make her day seeing sales out of nowhere. Details in thread๐งต
