@MyGolfSpy I built a large hoop from PVC pipe used for incoming electrical supplies to new houses(swing plane). Got an old 8 iron with a 2ft bit of wood taped to the head(club face). 20mins a night swinging it trained my muscles. 8 down to 2 in 2 months.
