Been coming off prescribed meds I've been taking for 18 years. Carbamazapine and propranolol. 2 weeks' clean. The fog has lifted, my thinking is sharper, digestion is better, palpitations, nausea and muscle pain has eased. Side effects the doctors have denied exist. Also
