I am deeply saddened at the passing of Seán Ó Sé.
A legend, Seán was an iconic figure in Irish education, culture and traditional music who had an extraordinary impact on Irish music and song.
Solas na bhFlaitheas ar a anam dílis uasal.
"It's about giving lads loads of opportunity and not calling it too early"

Bhí ana-áthas orainn ceárdlann falla cloch thirim a bheith againn i gCúil Aodha an deireadh seachtaine seo caite. Thóg na rannpháirtithe falla cruinn gleoite i bPáirc Átha Leaca — Scoil Scairte. Míle buíochas leis na daoine ar fad a chuir lámh leis agus gur thug cabhair.

“Irish is a dead language!”
Listen to Misha Yerhidzé, a 10 year old Ukranian boy who fled the war with his mother just over two years ago and settled in Baile an Fheirtéaraigh, in the West Kerry Gaeltacht. He has embraced the language and music of his new community.
“My dad, my family, my uncles, everyone played for the club. I have been playing since the age of 5 and I could never have dreamed of this in my whole entire life!”
