This. Football isn’t played on paper, so I’ll never understand the collective meltdown around not signing a player, or the black and white thinking that follows the transfer market.
Some fans losing their minds about Yan and agents deciding to go elsewhere. This is life. This happens to all clubs at some point. Same thing happened when Wirtz decided Liverpool over Bayern. Let’s not go be dramatic & pretend it’s end of the world. Club will pivot. Trust the process. Most poeple had no clue who Yan was last summer. Life goes on. Calma.
@SophieJovi Parents SHOULD know. Otherwise you’re just handing over a device that has all of this access to harmful content on it, and letting them crack on. That’s pure recklessness surely?
@SophieJovi Oh please, education is a joke. I can turn my phone into a device that runs one app and one app only in seconds, and your average parent wouldn’t have a clue what to do about it. So let’s take the easy route and offload the responsibility.
@SophieJovi Then why isn’t education and social media reform the answer? And what’s the difference between a 15 year old and a 16 year old accessing content that even adults struggle with? And it’s a blanket ban now because parents can’t learn a few settings.
@SophieJovi So because there’s already a load of personal data already out there, we should keep handing it over to keep kids safe, when parental controls already exist?
