Tracking macros is overrated.
For 95% of people, it really comes down to this:
- Get enough sleep
- Eat whole, fresh foods
- Hydrate - more than you think you need
- Stop eating 2 hours before bed
- Move your body, 10k+ steps a day is optimal
- Cut out all UPFs
Same $150k income.
One family pays income tax + SE tax.
The other depreciates assets, shifts income, and avoids SE tax.
Result: ~$12,600 more cash.
Structure matters.
@TheRobertBshow Nanny, maybe not, but a family-assistant/manager, that is money well spent. Outsourcing things like groceries, laundry, random odds-n-ends so that we buy back more time with our kids. (Obviously, this is not a 'cheap' or necessary thing, but a nice-to-have.)
@Kreeped@amyforsandiego Many are forced to charge these rates BECAUSE they are doing things the right way, right certifications, paying rent, utilities, insurance --- everything required to be in good standing with the FDA, USDA etc.
That was more entertaining than any sporting match, emotions and all. The best part is it feels good to be “Born in the USA” again.

@Upwork your customer service has down down the drain. Chat bot makes it impossible to reach any human. You would think a platform like this would provide real (even 'outsourced') humans to help.
