Watched #school tonight and was really upset by the whole programme.The stress on Staff was palpable & many seemed to be on the edge of tears throughout.What a disgraceful situation when cuts mean enough teachers cannot be employed to teach all subjects!No support either.Shocking

@MaryBoustedNEU When Theresa May's council forcibly removed Bisham's HT with a locksmith in tow in Nov 2014 resulting in staff going on sick leave or quitting - our small school spent hundreds of thousands of pounds on a revolving door of supply teachers as pupils & standards plummeted.

Brings back bad memories of how Bisham's loved HT Jim Cooke & long serving staff were treated by Ofsted & RBWM (they came in at 3.15 with a locksmith & changed locks/took keys off staff infront of 5 yr olds despite promising 24hrs earlier they'd "work with the school & parents"
