@the_white_tig3r How many stocks do you have in your baskets? As you have basket in SK, ML or JP, at the end you will have a lot of stocks in the whole portfolio, or? I guess you draw the initial thesis and you stick to that, monitoring the updates in the co, it should be enough I guess. Thanks!
6/ As for shareholders rewards, +33% the ordinary interim dividend (6p) and added a new special dividend (3p) to share the extraordinary profits derived from gold price
Guidance another upgrade: Now expecting 30-33m for FY'26 (up from 28.6m)
They're killing it. SP went to 490p
1/ $RFX.L #RFX#Ramsdens H1'26 has delivered a historic performance with Profit Before Tax (EBT) reaching 16.7m (+173%). This 6-month profit already exceeds the result for the entire FY'2025 (16.2m)
5/ They're being very aggresive in the reinvestment. Net cash position at 2.8m, lower than FY'25. They deployed 10.2m in inventory and 2.5m in loan book. They're also opening new stores targeting the 10-12 new openings, so they need investment...
@DaBao_ At 2078 JPY, it looks pretty interesting. Around 45% of the cap in net cash, with the 2026 guidance 8x earnings, ex-cash you go at 4.5x earnings...3.6% dividend, I miss buybacks, but even though this is a defensive biz, recurrent and so on. Pretty nice
@RocksOver@AltayCapital For now we do not have new buyback program. I was checking the one completed, and they announced at 12/05/2025. It's true they finished that in Dec'2025, when it was announced until March'2026, but they're a bit late this year.
And in 2024 they did not do buyback, so let's see!
4/ Today @ 120p /share:
- ~10.3x P/E
- 3.7% Yield
With around 70% of the revenues in counter-cyclical activities. I would like them in the 100-110p with <10x and > 4% like in the past, but does not look bad here. And who knows you could have a re-rate to 15x in some moment...
3/ They close with 1m of Net Debt, so practically free of debt
The remaining earnout payments from 2027 until 2031 should be around 6.4m, so not much for now
Mark Fry now is CEO, Traynor Chairman and Taylor continues at the CFO. Good continuity+good work all these years of mgmt
@Nobody_But_M3 If it was only 30…its pretty normal to see cases of children doing +40 hours a week in kindergarten. Its a shame that rich countries are going in the trend to maximize office time for parents and kindergarten for children…be rich for this
