DHS has a secretive unit called the Predictive Intelligence Targeting Team that reviews Americans' financial activity in law enforcement databases, flags people based on spending patterns, then feeds their info to local police who find a minor pretext to pull them over.

One man driving across Montana was flagged after analysts reviewed his "financial activity patterns commonly associated with illicit narcotics activity" along with his prior history.

A state trooper then pulled him over for an "obstructed license plate." A DHS document produced in discovery revealed the PITT intel was the real impetus. The unit said its intelligence was "not the sole basis" for the stop.

CBP says they "do not discuss specific analytical methods, data sources, targeting criteria, investigative techniques, system capabilities, or deployment details." They won't say what financial data they access or whether they obtain a warrant.

As the Institute for Justice put it: "We fought a revolution for the idea that we are citizens, not subjects. Yet schemes like CBP's Predictive Intelligence Targeting Team treat all Americans as if they are potential suspects."

Been a few days now and just wanted to say thank you to the thousands of people who came out, showed up, kept the peace and took a stand against California’s new law known as the “Stop Nick Shirley Act” (AB 2624). There is absolutely no need for this law and has made a protected class for “immigration support service providers”.

Politicians have leared that by using “immigration support service providers” they can funnel millions and billions of your tax dollars to nonprofits, NGOs, learing centers and fake healthcare providers and then use that money to push their crazy agendas across the country. Now that it’s been exposed they need new laws to protect the fraud.

Unfortunately for them it has only exposed them for the frauds that they are.
