@reliancejio AirFiber is scam. I paid for a year long connection and promised for connection setup by Dec-11. My money is gone and no connection yet. @JioCare is saying that it will be setup in next 24 hours and that day haven't came yet. I don't even know when will they set it up
@reliancejio what is this AirFiber scam you guys are running? If you don't have capability to provide connection to customer, why you make false promises and then keep lying to customer daily? It's been 12 days of booking, I was promised for connection by Dec-11. Nothing happened
@JioCare such a shame on scamming people on the name of Jio AirFiber. I paid for a year and promised to get the connection in 3 days, but it's been 9 days and there is no connection setup yet. Customer is not able provide any reason for such a pathetic service
@JioCare Instead of lying to customers, tell them truth that Jio AirFiber can't setup connection in your area and stop stealing their money. I don't trust you guys because I've hearing the same thing from past 12 days. Just check your earlier replies. You should set the right expectations
@JioCare I can't handle this daily lie from @JioCare of setting up a internet connection. @airtelindia is way better in fulfilling their promises to customer care
@JioCare Stop lying to people and taking their hard earn money. Or fulfill your promises to customers. I've not seen any organisation failing on their commitments with such consistency. Cancel my connection and return me double amount in compensation. It's really frustrating experience

@JioCare It's Dec-21 and @JioCare is lying to me everyday that connection will be setup in next 24 hours. Since last 10 days, this is what I am hearing from @JioCare pleas stop lying to your customers and tell them truth. I would have never paid a single penny if you've told me truth

@JioCare No progress on my complaint yet. It's been 10 days now and waiting for AirFiber connection to setup. Paid 12 months fee in advance 10 days ago. Such a low standards by @JioCare in providing resolution
@OnePlus_IN you guys intentionally release bugs for older models to force consumer to buy new phone. I am not going to buy OnePlus ever. Will never recommend it to anyone else
