@EaterWriter Should be standard practice like corkage. £3pp is nothing I have worked in places where £7pp was charged or even the price of a dessert. People need to remember you make no money when they bring their own food and need to cover costs.

Can I please just be provided with a contact number for someone that can help and not just tell me “you need to reply to an email from an account that you dont have access to and the technical wont speak to you unless you reply to a link”

@JeffBezos @AmazonUK so again called amazon and again they have told me that nothing can be done. I am comstantly being told that somebody will call me back but nobody does. This is now entering week 4. All because the account is registered to an email address with an error

I can not believe that you can put a man in space yet to cant help me to access my locked account even though you still charge me for @PrimeVideo and delivery on a payment that I cant cance. All I am told is to call a call center that cant help. This is dishraceful customer care

@AmazonHelp Your account assistants are unable to help because of the fact that I cannot access the email address. Their words were the will not return a call due to me not beable to click on a link. Its a catch 22 situation that needs to be escalated. Please give me an alternative??

@AmazonHelp Like I said in my previous tweets I have tried all of these numbers and nobody can help. They all come to the same outcome as stated in my initial tweet! Unbelievable that there is no way that one of you technical teams cannot just use my mobile number and call me.

An email which is being sent to an email address that I do not have access to. 3 weeks of trying to sort this issue as nobody has contacted me back. Even the customer care agent has said there is no way to help then hung up on me.
