@TfL Yes more regular and the worst thing is the bus still goes the same direction to terminate at Ashford hospital so not sure why they got to stop 4 stops before. This occurred around 4.45ish but thanks for the form, I will get this filled everytime now

@TfL why does the 116 bus always terminates 3 stops before the final stop, just randomly the bus terminates early with no explanation from the bus driver. Its very annoying and my daughter has to walk in the dark and feels very nervous.
