@JimmyRex Can’t the combo of all those things, be the therapy to help release the bullshit of daily life, so mental health improves? People take SSRIs to fight depression. I rave and self medicate to fight depression 🤷‍♂️

@JimmyRex Do you believe that the combo of lights/music/connection/mdma can equal therapy for some? It’s 1 of only about 3 things that makes me feel alive to keep me on this planet. But if you take these meds in a ‘clinical’ setting, you’re not going drugs? Make it make sense
