I can take your ethical system as given and still end up with the same physical system we have today. If you take issue with the physical system, then your ethics are no solve at all

I think you just have very poor theory of mind for criminal justice policy makers.

@adarshisit @Sebastian_Hols @JeremiahDJohns I read your ethics post and then I reread your PRC post. It did not improve my opinion. Again, I just don’t think you’ve ever bothered interacting with the justice system. We have many of these things (like a parole board to evaluate ongoing risk).
