@GooglePlayBiz - how do I get the logs from devices used to test my app submission? The agent assigned to my issue says they can't provide log data but I need it to troubleshoot the issue.

@GooglePlayBiz Without more data submitting app updates is a futile effort. I’m considering removing my app from the Play Store entirely and pursuing a refund for my developer membership because if you can’t tell me why you rejected my app update why would I bother?

I need logs from the devices used for app submission. I keep getting rejection messages with no data and I can’t replicate the issue locally. The agent assigned to my appeal just keeps copying and pasting the same email

@googledevs Is it normal to reject requests for device logs when an app submission is rejected? The failure only happens on the Play Network. Firebase and local testing is error free.

I need the logs to fix the issue but I can't access the logs. Catch 22 indeed.
