Outsourced accounting specializing in real estate. Clients accross all asset classes gives me insights into large swaths of the industry. Small ex-SFR owner.
We do full outsource financial office specializing in real estate and these are some of the benefits that we offer over in house
- you are very good at finding real estate and operating it, not as good at building out a financial office
Cont'd below
I don't think many real estate operators understand they can outsource their financial reporting, accounts payables and accounts receivables.
There are great teams with CPAs at reputable firms that can implement and oversee these functions, setting up superior systems that are much more secure, with better checks and balances.
Instead they do it in-house, with archaic systems and processes, for a lot more money.
The fractional CFO / Accounting business is booming, and most don't even know it exists.
@Jefffeldman@robbiehendricks Yes, but I think some people do themselves a disservice by making everything political and leaning into every quack conspiracy theory
@DallasAptGP I'm so curious how it works having the banks as the owners. Who approves expenditure above certain levels etc that owners will sometimes want to have control of
@bethanyjbabcock For carseat/stroller combo the options are this and the Doona. Similarly priced (I've seen this on sale for ~$300).
This has a huge disadvantage that if using w/out the base you have to remove the wheels.
We returned it and went back to the Doona.
