During RIMPAC 2026, USVDIV-32 conducted the first live-fire employment of GARC during a SINKEX targeting USS Peleliu.

As the world’s largest international maritime exercise, RIMPAC brings together allied and partner nations to strengthen interoperability and advance the capabilities that will shape the future of naval operations.

In 2023, GARC autonomously transited 150 nautical miles through congested inland waterways to deliver supplies, including fuel, in support of a U.S. Marine Corps effort exploring Expeditionary Advanced Base Operations (EABO) logistics.

After reaching shore, GARC pumped fuel directly from an auxiliary tank into Marine Corps vehicles on the beach.

Moving fuel where it is needed, without putting another crew in harm’s way, remains one of the most promising applications for autonomous surface vessels.

Back in 2022, GARC navigated more than 20 nautical miles autonomously off the coast of Key West and delivered over 500 pounds of equipment to a U.S. Navy EPF underway at sea. It has since carried supplies over distances measured in the hundreds of nautical miles, moved fuel ashore for Marines in the field, and continued leading the evolution of autonomous maritime logistics.

BlackSea has been solving the hard problems in small USV logistics for years, and we're still going strong. Big payloads, long range, and a platform built to do a lot more than just deliver.

Humanitarian relief efforts in Venezuela continue through the coordinated work of @Southcom, the U.S. Department of State, @GEMmissions, and many other partners committed to delivering critical aid to affected communities.

Together, these organizations have provided assistance to more than 67,000 Venezuelans, delivering 389 metric tons of humanitarian aid across 12 cargo flights and 699 pallets. The scale of the response reflects the coordination required to move relief where it is needed most.

BlackSea’s Mission Solutions team has been supporting this effort alongside government, military, nonprofit, and private sector partners. Our role is one part of a much larger mission led by the organizations and individuals working every day to bring assistance to the people of Venezuela.

Together, we stand with Venezuela and remain committed to helping communities in their time of greatest need.
