@British_Airways I'm still missing my lost luggage after your decision to fly to Las Vegas without any of the passengers luggage. Your system doesn't work and now 2 days on I've no luggage. Your staff assured me I've have my luggage at midday today. Your service is appalling.

I'm completely disgusted with @British_Airways service. Myself and a party of 15 flew from Heathrow on the 2nd January 2024 to Las Vegas for a wedding and BA made the decision to fly without any passengers luggage. We have followed BA"s instructions which didn't work!!

My flight has been cancelled by @Ryanair and I applied for a refund. It was promised in 20 days but I got an email for a voucher. I don’t want a voucher. I need to pay off my credit card bill for the flight cost! Even working from home they could process these refunds. Sort it.

@Ryanair offered me a full refund which would take 20 days, I applied for this refund only to recieve a 2nd email offering me a voucher!! Apparently if I want a refund I have to wait until after the Covid 19 crisis. Seems they don't want to refund!! 🤬
