@elonmusk —
Global logistics still runs on fragmentation and opacity—one of the few remaining markets where buyers can’t see, compare, or control outcomes at scale. That’s not sustainable.
AllianceBee is building the control layer: an Expedia-style marketplace + middleware that makes routing, pricing, and execution programmable for cargo owners across providers, without locking them into any one network.
This feels inevitable as supply chains become software-defined. If it’s interesting, I’d value 10 minutes of your perspective.

Dispute of Charges & Resolution Request
I’m formally disputing $269+ on my Verizon account. I expect the following:
1.Remove owed amount & clear debt from collections records.
https://t.co/oQBNWkM9yx credit bureaus to correct false reporting.
Background
•Left Verizon in April 2023, informed all would be cleared after 1-2 more payments. Continued payments until Oct.
•Contacted Verizon in Oct. to report continued billing errors. No service since April.
•Jan. 2024: Verizon sent the balance to collections instead of resolving the error. Disputed twice with collections since, but issue remains.
Current Situation
•Tried to rejoin Verizon this week, learned the dispute remains unresolved. Verizon reps directed me to collections, who can’t help with Verizon’s mistake.
•Trapped in a loop as Verizon refuses to address the facts.
Verizon, please:
1.Clear the disputed amount, ensuring collections update records.
2.Correct credit reporting error with bureaus.
I’m a former customer and potential new customer seeking resolution. Thank you.

This experience has left me with the impression: "wow, what a great platform to be a buyer... just be sure not to be a seller here..."
I also think it seems odd to not validate user input through the courier for proof of shipping & delivery. @eBay
@CrackerBarrel guest relations phone doesn’t work. Online chat doesn’t work. I would like to know how a customer is able to speak to someone about an online order.
