Weather forced us inside this morning for our throwing session. Whether their are college coaches here or not or whether we are inside or outside the boys show up and they work hard.

As a coach I think I can speak for many...watching your kids work hard in the off season is number one for me. To paint a vision and have young men commit to it without a guaranteed outcome. Wins or losses are going to happen. But the memories of the process is what has coaches choked up at the end of the year on that final game. Summer is approaching!!
