Men,
While employed,
Focus on your exit strategy.
Don't be comfortable.
Exiting employment is more powerful than being fired.
• Join a SACCO & a welfare
• Save 30% of your salary
• Save in a SACCO or MMF
Focus. Focus. Focus.
YOU DESERVE BETTER

Men,
Lastly,
Most men spend their lives fighting enemies outside.
But, wise men first conquer the enemy within
• Lust
• Greed
• Gluttony
• Procrastination
Master your mind before you master the world.
The first war to win is The War Within.
#MasculinitySaturday
Men,
The rule of thumb is this,
Don't have sexual affairs with colleagues and employees.
This is a slippery road that leads to your destruction and demise.
Don't go that route.
#MasculinitySaturday
Take your life seriously.
A man's life is difficult.
If you want to know,
• Lose a job
• Go to prison
• Get bedridden
All those people around you will flee and leave you at your rock bottom.
So, don't entertain chaotic boys and jokers around your mission.
Don't compromise your mission to please jokers.
They will call you names but remain focused and strict with your mission.
Your mission is your anchor, value it.
It is the only thing that stands between you and FREEDOM.
Events in life are not negative or positive. They are completely neutral. The universe does not care about your fate; it is indifferent to the violence that may hit you or to death itself.
Things merely happen to you. It is your mind that chooses to interpret them as negative or positive.
Slavery did not go away.
It changed its costume.
It is no longer physical persecution but mental exhaustion.
The slave masters exploit your mind by extracting your time, your effort, and your imagination.
For example,
A rural man, with the capability of living his best life by using his time and available resources (land, water, sun) to build his fortune, spends his resources paying debts to modern slave masters.
A rural man buys an M-Kopa phone on credit,
— He deposits Ksh 6500
He was given the phone for use on the condition that he remit Ksh 140 per day for 366 days.
• This translates to Ksh 51,240.
• Total is Ksh 57,740.
• He spent Ksh 57,740 on a phone with a market value of Ksh 28,000.
What a travesty!
Is this not a new way of looting from an Afrikan without his knowledge?
This is in addition to the surveillance and inconvenience if he defaults even for a day.
He has been misadvised that he owns the phone when, in truth, it doesn't belong to him.
Therefore, he must wake up every morning thinking about the debt he owes a foreign company and not about his fortune.
He must trade his effort for a phone that will lose its efficiency once he finally owns it.
We must unequivocally awaken our people and tell them slavery is no longer about being in physical chains but being in mental servitude.
STOP buying these microcredit phones, electronics, solar lamps, and motorcycles.
Debt is a tool of oppression, servitude, and a cycle of poverty.
Proverbs 22:7 says, "The rich rule over the poor, and the borrower is slave to the lender."
Refuse to be slaves to predatory lenders!
Men,
Did you ever sit on your FATHER's bed?
Then why allow your children to sit and play on your bed?
Keep your bed clean, properly spread and neatly tucked.
Next to your bed is a mat where you sometimes sleep to decompress your spine.
