Absolutely pathetic experience. Customer care is adept at giving excuses.

I'm almost 30 mins into the call and waiting time which started from 45 mins initially has now increased to 60 mins.
Seems like my expectation to see the wait time reduce wrt to call time is wrong!! #badairline
