If a background check isn’t required, it doesn’t fucking matter whether the purchaser was qualified in hindsight, obviously. The goal is to prevent the sale in the first place, dummy.

Only 22 states require BGC for private gun sales. 28 states do not. Are you ignoring that by accident or intention? Bc it’s pretty fucking basic. IL requires a FOID (ID card)
