So people are freaking out because Michigan might get a senator with a name like an Islamic terrorist or an Uber driver, when we literally had a president with the mid name HUSSEIN!!
That’s the root of all this country's problems!!!
Someone walked into Don Baylor's office to tell him he was on the hot seat. I was sitting right there.
I was his hitting coach in Colorado, during one of the roughest stretches of our season. We were going over the lineup when it happened.
Don looked up and said, "The only time my seat's been hot is when I've let it be hot. My focus is to do my job, not worry about my job."
I never forgot that.
Years later, I heard almost the same words from Bobby Cox. Then again from Joe Torre. Different clubhouses, three Hall of Fame-caliber baseball minds, the same lesson.
Worrying about losing a job doesn't make you better at keeping it. It just splits your attention between the work in front of you and an outcome you can't control.
I've been let go three times in this game.
Every time, the work I'd already put in was still real. It just wasn't up to me whether it was enough to stay.
So I stopped trying to manage the outcome and just started managing the day.
Show up, do the job that's in front of you, and let the rest take care of itself.
Do the job. Don't worry about the job.

An 8-year-old girl was in her backyard playing when a stranger came from the woods and grabbed her, covered her mouth, and tried to pull her toward the trees.
Her 13-year-old brother, Owen Burns, was inside playing video games. He heard her scream, grabbed his slingshot, and fired twice hitting the attacker in the head
Police later found the suspect hiding near a gas station with a huge lump on his head
HELL YA!! This is my kind of story!!!
Only four times in NBA history has a player led the league in scoring, won the MVP, led the playoffs in scoring, won playoff MVP, and was 1st Team All-Defensive.

I teach auto shop at a small high school. We work on students cars, teachers cars, students parents cars and some community people cars. We only charge for parts and not labor, so we saved some people a lot of money last school year. This last school year we did 126 oil changes, 68 brake jobs, 85 alignments, 4 steering racks, 22 tune ups, 32 struts, 20 shock absorbers, 4 transfer cases, mounted and balanced 82 new tires, 4 timing chains, 15 valve cover gaskets, 14 thermostats, 4 radiators, 12 in tank fuel pumps, 8 EVAP canisters, 6 exhaust manifolds, 4 mufflers, 15 AC repairs including evacuate and recharge, 8 alternators, 22 batteries, 9 starters and so much more! Proud of those students I am!
🚨PRIDE MONTH🚨
The Texas Rangers are the ONLY MLB team not acknowledging “Pride Month.”
The Rangers are again not hosting an LGBT night event.
Instead, on June 18, they will be hosting a Faith and Family Night.
According to their website, the event will feature “personal testimonies from Rangers players Wyatt Langford, Josh Jung, Cody Bradford, Jacob Latz, Jalen Beeks, and others, sharing how faith impacts their lives both on and off the field.”
This is the world’s number-one sponsor of terror.
Barack Obama took $400 million in untraceable cash from something called the “Judgment Fund,” which is administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. That little-known account is funded entirely by American taxpayers and was set up so he could bypass congressional approval to send cash — effectively a ransom — to the world’s number-two sponsor of terror, the terror regime of Iran.
Part of this cash Barack Obama diverted through the UAE to Italy to fund—involving Leonardo S.p.A. military satellites to hack U.S. voting machines, flipping votes from Trump to Biden, which ultimately toppled the United States government on November 3, 2020.
A further $1.3 billion was transferred in a series of 13 transfers of $99,999,999.99 from the Treasury Department’s Judgment Fund. Each transfer was one cent less than the $100 million limit imposed on such transfers. A member of his syndicate, Attorney General Loretta Lynch, pleaded the Fifth when questioned on the matter by the U.S. Congress.
📝 By the way, Barack Obama is founder of ISIL. All paid by the American taxpayer.
