That policy still applies to me today, and a recent channel with 1k subscribers was deleted for circumvention. How did you get the first one restored?

Hola @TeamYouTube. Mi canal original fue suspendido en enero de 2022 por un hackeo. Tengo pruebas exactas: mi contraseña fue cambiada el 25 de enero, recibí una alerta de seguridad crítica de Google ese mismo día, y el canal fue eliminado 2 días después (27 de enero) Ayuda

@TeamYouTube Mi cuenta personal de youtube fue eliminada por YT y el último plazo para enviar una apelación fue el 27/01/2023, a día de hoy he recopilado evidencia contundente de que se debió a un hackeo lo cual yo no noté en ese momento ¿existe posibilidad de hacer algo?

@TeamYouTube desde 2022 youtube ha eliminado sin aviso previo ni razón 3 cuentas personales mías.
Actualmente tengo un canal en el cual por primera vez subo videos, mi pregunta es ¿Debería tomar medidas para que no me eliminen este canal? Porque al parecer lo hacen aleatoriamente

@TeamYouTube Gracias por ver mi caso, mi primera cuenta fue suspendida hace más de 3 años y sigue asi, apelé, pero no me ayudaron, leí la justificación y no hice nada de los motivos aparentes a menos que me hayan hackeado y no me haya dado cuenta.

@TeamYouTube Ya realice la apelación pero estas fueron respondidas negativamente, se tomaron 5 minutos para ver mi apelación y las rechazaron, por eso necesito ayuda real, no puede ser que me eliminen mis cuentas sin haber hecho nada, como les digo, no subo videos, ni comento ni hago spam.
