Getting recruited as a position player is more complicated than a pitcher.
Hitting is the hardest thing to do in sports, and scouting hitters might be #2.
Coaches might need to see 10-15 ABs before they make you an offer.
Keep Hitting.
That’s all you can do.

I’m blessed and excited to announce my decision to continue my academic and baseball career at Westmont College. I want to thank god for giving me this opportunity, along with my family, friends and coaches who have played such an important part in my journey. Big thanks to Coach Svagdis and Coach Ontiveros for allowing me this opportunity as Westmont is where I want to be.
Being able to play multiple positions when arriving on campus as a college freshman increases your chances of playing dramatically.
If your high school or travel organization bounces you all over the field it's a good thing.
Be versatile.
Hats off to the parents that require their kids to honor commitments, and refuse to allow them to quit anything they start.
You're few and far between and should be proud of yourself.
