@Juliebynight@lilririah I had a CTR and several reviews, and it has transformed my care. I now receive specialist psychology input from someone with experience working with autistic women.
I have a team of people who make sure that the action points we have agreed actually happen. Highly recommend.
@Juliebynight@lilririah Your friend could ask if a Care and Treatment Review has taken place. This are independent reviews that aim to ensure that people with autism spend the shortest amount of time possible in inpatient mental health units.

@Juliebynight@lilririah A CTR can be requested through the mental health team or directly through the CCG.
The link below has a video about CTR that might be useful.

@CareersDefender @careers_inc I’d love to sign up for your newsletter but as a screen reader (Voiceover) user I can’t get past prove you’re not a bot section. There doesn’t appear to be an audio option. Any chance of making it accessible?
@mrjd1984 @LNER Yes, I have the same problem on the return journey but prepping the station staff to hunt down the guard when the train arrives definitely helps.
Great start to my journey today. Expertly guided by Krishna @ #KingsCrossStation. Introduced to train guard Andy who showed me how the loo locks work on the new Azuma train. Now heading north on the 10am train. Great job @LNER
@mrjd1984 @LNER Definitely a great service today. I recommend getting there early to be able to speak to the train guard before you leave. They don’t get any information about access requests onboard at the moment. So it pays to be proactive and get the station guide to find them. Good luck

@TheStayingInn@HabenGirma Thanks for taking the time to read your own audiobook, it’s so powerful to hear the voice of an author in that way.
Thank you for joining us @TheStayingInn. I hope you will try and visit us again in the future.
@TheStayingInn@HabenGirma I loved your book, Haben, especially your many adventures in Mali, Alaska and else where. It definitely gave me food for thought in different ways to handle difficult situations and finding creative solutions to access failures.
