@dstiddypop43 Yes, pretty much daily. I have almost every anxiety disorder listed in the DSM-V. I used to feel a HUGE amount of shame about that. Even medicated, I now know that this is just how my brain is wired and my anxiety disorders are a part of who I am. Still sucks some days, ofc. 🙂
