@anti_tank_mine@Amanseeks Just one more ace squadron bro just let me field one more ace squadron and we'll beat the coalition for sure please bro just one more ace squadron
@StasisGame It's always struck me as a little sad that we've never had spin-off RPGs in the setting. There's a ton of spectres out there who could be the focus of a one-shot game.
Buddy and I went out to the river today to collect some native fish to stock an experimental unheated Walstad tank. Mostly some miscellaneous chub and a handful of reticulated sculpins I am already obsessed with.
@outstarwalker Absolutely an indicator of the game's success overall but also it is deeply funny that a game made for fans of Inquisition is reaching broad appeal. Good luck, enjoy the Egg/Wolf/Assault On Heaven.
@Baileymoon15 "Doordash is unethical and expensive" is a sentence that 100% of people will agree with. Do you actually even have coworkers or have you been working from home so long that you've forgotten how easy it is to high road people?
@Baileymoon15 I have literally said this to my coworkers and most of them have sheepishly agreed. You people need to stop assuming that normies operate without a sense of budget or morality.
@PovialJunk@curlslee The ME1 quest with them is actually weirdly involved, too. I got the impression that they were always meant to be a bigger part of the story from way earlier on, and the later games absolutely bore that feeling out.
@PovialJunk@curlslee They're a huge part of the Sole Survivor background mission. They're actually so important to that quest that I immediately searched for ways to betray them when I started ME2 back in the day.
@nise_yoshimi It was bizarre watching Minus One's "Japan's power is infinite, but limited by the shackles of liberalism" story after Shin Godzilla's "Japan is powerless to stop a disaster because we are addicted to meetings" story.
@hekkiallmo The game is about an ancient Mage who literally broke into Heaven - an act which both confirms and profanes every single theological underpinning of the game's major religion - and then The Big Story DLC is about your asshole companion who's actually been important the whole time
@hekkiallmo That was actually a huge problem for me with DA:I. I wanted to learn more about, I dunno, the Chantry, the Qun, Tevinter. The main villain literally says that he's seen the seat of the Maker, and that's its empty. But yeah, we can learn about elves, I guess. That's cool, too.
Super Earth is a compelling fictional polity and I know this with absolute certainty because people on there internet who cannot distinguish fiction from reality are incorporating it into their philosophy.
Like I said, the indespuprible mark of Arrowhead's success is that people are doing this kind of shit. It took 40k 30 years of lore revision to get this kind of stupid discourse going around it.
