@TJTheWheelDeal Will free up another $300K in cash by November from a home sale and plan on selling covered strangles around my $SOFI shares. As long as $Sofi stays above $12 to $13 in the short term this should be my retirement in 5 years.

@TJTheWheelDeal I went full port into $Sofi. Sitting on 20K shares with 100 shares in $PLTR. I own around 15K of those $Sofi shares outright with the rest financed by cash grab leap puts and covered calls. Use portfolio margin to trade ratio spreads as well to pay off the finaced shares quicker.

@TJTheWheelDeal Additionally the best $Sofi could do was an 11% interest rate and I have around an 800 credit score. I applied with $AMEX. Approval and funds deposited same day with a 10% interest rate. I am a $Sofi investor and want to be sold on their products but shit man... bad experience.

@TJTheWheelDeal I applied for a small personal loan with $SOFI and they required a mountain of information, went back and forth with them for days, and even when you get an approval it takes 3 to 5 business days for the money to arrive.
