Narcissistic leadership undermines the very essence of progress and collaboration.

Unfortunately, it’s all too prevalent in Web3.

Founders need to prioritize transparency, accountability, and allow community empowerment over their own self-serving agendas.

Stop tweeting BS.

Stop having an over-inflated sense of self-importance

Stop seek constant validation and admiration from your followers.

Stop exaggerating your achievements and capabilities to maintain influence and control.

We are constantly seeing Founders/Teams resisting feedback or constructive criticism.

Not only that, they react with emotion; extremely defensive and aggressively when authority is challenged.

To be honest - this is a CLEAR indicator that things are far from being in order.

Actions speak louder than words.
