$OCGN gearing up for our global launch, setting things up currently for Europe with an experienced hand Jolanda Crombach guiding the way.
Jolanda Crombach has joined us from Moderna setting it all up. she was very successful at Moderna, to put it into perspective public record shows she built their pharmaceutical operation in the Netherlands from the ground up. Looking at the sales this brought $8.7 billion in sales.

New Research Report: Ocugen (OCGN) – New Designations In The Bahamas To Lead To First Commercial Approval For OCU400

$OCGN Ocugen’s discount, why’s, what’s and when’s. 🧵1/2
People have associated Ocugen’s discount to the market not appreciating cures/one time gene therapies as much as they do chronic therapies or new cancer treatments. Imo I agree with the generality of this.
The market sees gene therapy mainly as gene specific treatment, they think $2-$4million treatments times a few thousand eligible patients then model a huge revenue drop once the existing patient pool has been treated.
You and I all obviously know that Ocugen is the unicorn here with their gene agnostic angle with millions of potential eligible patients. But likely the general market glancing around at stocks would naturally use the wrong commercial model for us.
Here’s some realistic skepticism for our unique product that will introduce a risk discount later on for us.
Let’s just say OCU410 phase 3 produces the same results as phase 2, by all means our drug will look like a 1 and done therapy justifying all the numbers I’ve previously laid out.
In theory if all the eligible patients decided to switch to OCU410 the year it hits the market payers could justify paying for it since it is comparable to the chronic injections they are already paying for, with those chronic injections carrying the added risk factors and burden.
But the real question will be, is OCU410 truly a 1 and done therapy? What happens if by year 5/6 durability wanes?
This is what payers are going care about, and that’s what the market is going to model until long term durability is proven. Payers could cap eligibility/yearly rollout instead of allowing the floodgates to open. The cap would adjust year by year likely imo until 4-5years from now to determine if OCU410 is truly one or done therapy or in fact a 2 treatment lifetime therapy.
Funny enough, if you take OCU400’s downside pricing model and apply it to OCU410 you get:
$127.5k per dose - $255k per patient US
$125k per dose - $250k per patient EU
Basically the exact costs payers would gladly pay if patients ended up needing two OCU410 treatments.
This is what I believe will be the main risks the market will model for us, payer caps until durability proves to uncap yearly eligibility.
But I think everyone here can agree that Ocugen isn’t being valued at all around the drugs working and their mature commercial sales.

What is #OCU410, and what does Phase 3 clinical trial mean? OCU410 is an investigational gene therapy with the potential to treat #geographicatrophy secondary to #dAMD.

Credentials are insane. One of the founding members who helped build, strategize and govern The Gates Foundation as it moved well over $100B in cash, assets, and global health funding around the world.

$OCGN Hello fam, I want to show you a real example of what happens when biotech speculation turns into reality.
The chart below is Celcuity, ticker CELC, over a little more than a year. CELC is a strong comparison to Ocugen in terms of market setup.
Pre revenue biotech + ignored asset + Phase 3 derisking event + regulatory filing path + huge commercial story = violent rerate.
CELC had its major move after the VIKTORIA 1 Phase 3 trial showed gedatolisib produced a 76% reduction in risk of progression or death in the triplet arm and a 67% reduction in the doublet arm versus fulvestrant. After that, the story moved from clinical speculation into NDA submission and FDA review territory.
That is what the market does in biotech.
It waits.
It doubts.
It discounts.
It suppresses.
Then pivotal data hits, the filing path becomes real, and the entire valuation framework changes almost overnight.
CELC went from being valued like a risky clinical biotech to being valued like a near commercial oncology company once the data proved the drug worked.
Ocugen will go from being valued like a beaten down speculative microcap to being valued like a near commercial gene therapy platform as soon as OCU400 data proves the drug works.
There is one exception though, and it is pretty massive.
Ocugen has something CELC does not have in the same way: platform stacking.
CELC is largely a gedatolisib story.
Ocugen has OCU400 as the first major validation point, then OCU410ST behind it, then OCU410 for GA, which both have already shown statistical superiority.
OCU400’s pivotal win won’t just cause the market to price in the one drug. It would force the market to reprice the entire modifier gene therapy platform.
One product moves toward approval.
The platform gets validated.
The follow on programs become impossible to discount.
Our commercial story becomes reality.

Retail investors get scared and sell, institutional investors are buying it out right under us. Get smart guys!
OCGN - Ocugen, Inc. Stock - Stock Price, Institutional Ownership, Shareholders (NasdaqCM) https://t.co/yvYixZHFGb
$OCGN Institutional ownership is rising fast, and this is before the 2026 Russell reconstitution cycle even hits.
Russell finalizes after market close June 26, with the newly reconstituted indexes live June 29.
Ocugen has the cash now, and they’re have 3 BLA filings over the next 2 years.
Where this stock is going is obvious to me. The whole reason I’m here is to bring retail awareness to what I believe will become the next big pharma before the market recognizes the value.
Good news, and lots of it, comes next. When this starts getting crazy, it won’t move in a nice straight line. We’ll stair step up. There will be stop loss raids after jumps, emotional decisions, and regret.
If you’ve been here with me on this journey, remember the big picture.
Know what you own. Have a plan in place. Let that plan dictate future decisions, not volatility, fear, or big money shake outs and stop losses.
We’re approaching the moment where speculation meets reality.
Js 🍻
Momentum continues at Ocugen. With $130 million in financing secured, we are well-positioned to advance our three late-stage
programs as we work toward filing three BLAs by 2028.
