@OctopusEnergy I wasn’t informed then that the gas meter wasn’t working. It was only when you had over £900 of my money in credit and I asked for it back that I was told that you hadn’t had a gas reading since it was fitted and then rinsed me for roughly £1200 for gas! Its a 1 bedroom flat

Well that’s a lie .. you fitted a ‘smart meter’ and let it run for about 6 months before letting me know (only because I asked!) that it wasn’t working then smacked me with a ridiculous outrageous bill! @OctopusEnergy
