Had an item not show up in February. It was marked as wrong item received and required a return. I’ve since tried to get this fixed and I’ve contacted customer service 5 times. Got an email last week saying it’s finally fixed. Then another email shows up today…
@AmazonHelp So they’ve berrated me, told me I should have retuned the item. Clearly didn’t read anything I said or wrote. And now they’re telling me that there’s nothing they can do. They cannot turn off the charge and that I should have sent the wrong item back.
There was no wrong item.
Hey @hedleybennett your customer service rep in email was insensitive and tone deaf, dismissive of my issue and told me that it would be a learning experience for them to help other customers in the future but that I was stuck because “policy”.

@riteaid I understand a couple of them being broken but this is from a single prescription refill. It’s also not the only one I get with multiple broken, this is just the worst one.
Hey @FedExHelp so a little over a month later and they drop the box intentionally again? Seriously? I went out and talked to the driver, who tried to say he didn’t drop it, to which I told him I have it on camera and his response was “…oh”.

@HotTopic the state this sweater arrived in is horrible. All these threads should have been cut at manufacture. I tried emailing customer service a month ago with no response. Any help would be great.
