After that it has taken me ten years of hard work, extensive reading, practise and expert feedback to get to the point where i think I am doing "explicit instruction" to an ok level

My last week at my current school. I worked with the best department in my career and the best group of students a teacher could ask for. More challenges to come but I will miss these fantastic mathematicians.
