Filming for The WONDERfools is officially complete!

After months of hard work, the star-studded cast — Park Eun-bin, Cha Eun-woo, Kim Hae-sook, Choi Dae-hoon, Im Seong-jae, and Son Hyun-joo — wrapped filming on June 2, 2025, with a celebratory wrap party!

The journey began on October 22, 2024, and while the production stayed tightly under wraps, the cast and crew worked tirelessly day and night to bring this unique story to life.

Along the way, they received incredible support — 66 food trucks were sent by fans and friends to filming sites across Seoul, Gangwon-do, and Busan. Thank you to everyone who showed love to the team!

The WONDERfools is a superpowered comedy set in 1999, where a group of awkward small-town residents suddenly gain mysterious powers and come together to face off against villains threatening Haeseong City.

🦸‍♀️ #ParkEunbin stars as Eun Chaeni, Haeseong’s ultimate hot mess with unexpected charm.
🦸‍♂️ #ChaEunwoo plays Lee Woonjung, a rule-following civil servant from Seoul who gets caught up in the city’s strange happenings.
🦸‍♀️ #KimHaesook is Chaeni’s grandmother, Kim Jeonbok — the proud owner of a local restaurant with a glamorous, shadowy past.
🦸‍♂️ #ChoiDaehoon plays Son Kyunghoon, the biggest complainer at Haeseong City Hall.
🦸‍♂️ #ImSeongjae joins as Kang Robin, the city’s ultimate pushover.
Both characters gain hilariously flawed superpowers after an incident with Chaeni, becoming unlikely heroes who bring comic relief to the story.
🦸‍♂️ #SonHyunjoo brings intensity as the mysterious Ha Wondo, hiding dark desires behind a calm exterior.

There’s no official release date yet, but one thing’s for sure: our superpower will be waiting patiently, with hearts racing and excitement through the roof for The WONDERfools.
