I have 23 world/story quests, which will give me 700 primos, which is about 5 wishes (with existing primos). if each quest takes, on average, 20 minutes, that would be 460 minutes (round up to 500), roughly 9 hours. Now, with that all said, I'm still not going to get Hu Tao 😍
