@bachandler27 @Josh_Hamlet I’m hoping this is just some poorly worded part of the bill and they are referring to W2G reporting that was changed to $2k this year. Someone posted a video of one of the reps who was asked if this was meant to catch people not reporting, he said it was there to match fed law.

@bachandler27 @Josh_Hamlet I’m probably just going to report net winnings on the year and see what happens. It’s not the correct way but at least I can argue that I thought I was doing it correctly (any logical person would think this is the right approach to pay tax on gambling winnings)
