@VonRenaissance We have been keeping them and experimenting with different seeds and recipes.
We are planning on transitioning to sales within the next couple months.
It will take a few weeks to really get the hang of it, but you'll catch on fast.
Broccoli, sunflowers, peas (my fav)
🤗🤗🤗
@VonRenaissance We went and bought a couple 10 x 20" trays, some soil, and seeds from True Leaf Market (online).
It doesn't take long to get the hang of it.
Now, we've expanded to 50 trays
There are tons of YouTube videos on everything from planting to selling.
Microgreens are just the best!
I made up a pitcher of Wheatgrass/peas with lemon.
A 2-ounce shot costs $6 at a juice bar.
Again, the nutritional value here is off the charts, and it tastes amazing.
@jacob2israel8 Thanks. Hey, I'm asked about my diet all the time. Happy to help.
Some folks go 100% carnivore...not sure I could handle that, but everyone's nutritional needs are different.
Anything else you want to know, don't hesitate to ask!
@jacob2israel8 This is my meal prep for the week.
I'll store this in my little fridge, and then before I eat it, I'll add the meat (usually chicken) and salad dressing (and hot sauce).
It keeps fresh for 5-6 days this way.
Truck stops have salad available, but this is better.
@drawingyourmom I love red meat, but chicken and fish are so much healthier.
Everyone in health and fitness eat chicken and steamed veggies for almost every meal.
The powerlifters like red meat, but they have a shorter life expectancy.
Online, they're calling them broccoli sprouts, but broccoli microgreens are being used as a treatment for autism!!!!
This has to be the hardest working superfood of all time.
Detoxing, cancer-fighting, and nutrient-rich.
They are easy to grow and very inexpensive.
#microgreens
Years ago, I would get sick 2-3 times each year.
Sometimes, I feel a little under the weather, but I haven't had a cold or the flu in years.
Exercise is important, and daily vitamins and nutrients are key.
