there's a metric ton of damage in my area, especially to my roof (the amount of shingles on the ground...)
but us and our animals survived the hurricane itself!

We also were 100% out of power till today. which sucked immensely. The heat was awful 😭

It got really dicey during the storm itself, the whole house shook multiple times with the strongest winds

But ultimately there wasn't any damage to us or the inside of our house, just the outside 😭

Twili-tober 2024 day 6: Library

I tried really hard with the lighting on this one, always a challenge to do the bluelight of interior twili homes and the orangelight of the outdoors, in one picture

also B O O K S are a pain in my butt. Happy with the final outcome though o/
