This is the trick 👌 Who owns 350 homes? Only the Big Guys (Blackstone, Invitation Homes, Progress Residential). These are the firms who already bought up the neighborhood.

Who is trying to buy 350 homes today? Small competitors (Private equity firms trying to expand, regional investors).

So by setting the cap at 350, the government has effectively banned any new competitors from entering the market to challenge the giants.

The "350 Club" has been sealed. Blackstone can keep the 50,000 homes they already own. They are safe. But if a new try-hard private equity firm wants to grow to 351 units to compete with them they can't.

This is not a restriction; it is a License to Exist as a Monopoly. It freezes the current power structure in place. It prevents new Wall Street giants from destroying the old Wall Street giants. The incumbents wrote this rule to kill their future rivals.🚨🚨🚨🚨

2. BUILD-TO-RENT" LOOPHOLE: THE 7-YEAR EXECUTION

The bill creates an exception for "build-to-rent" projects.⚠️

This ensures there are only new homes built specifically for rent."

An earlier version of the bill required these "build-to-rent" homes to be sold to individual homeowners after seven years. This was designed to eventually turn rentals back into owned homes.🚨🚨🚨

Congress removed the seven-year sell-by provision in the final bill.

Reality? 🚨🚨🚨

Wall Street can now build massive subdivisions of starter homes and rent them out forever. They never have to sell. They just got permission to become "Feudal Lords" on newly built land, instead of just buying up old neighborhoods. The government just incentivized the creation of permanent renter-classes on brand-new land.⚠️⚠️⚠️

This is the "Bribe to Big Business" hidden inside the populist packaging.

🛑 Government Biometric Data Collection through the IRS 🛑
This week I received a letter from the IRS stating that we were owed a refund and they needed us to update our banking information. You can read the letter below. Red flags went off right away. First of all we paid taxes that were owed and we’re not expecting a refund. The money that we owed was already taken out of our bank account. They had all of our current baking information. Then I sent a letter to my accountant and I just heard back from him this morning. I also saw that another lady on TikTok had the same exact letter. Our accountant told us NOT to respond to this letter. He said they have our banking information and they will issue a refund if we were owed. He told us that is highly unlikely. There is a QR code on the letter that you use to respond. If you go through the process as instructed through the website at the very end they will start asking you to take a picture of yourself to file with the IRS for safety. Another lady told me that she got to this part and immediately knew something was wrong and stopped the process and logged out of the IRS website. I am sharing this information so that you don’t fall for this trick. The IRS does not need your biometric information to process your income tax return or any supposed refunds.

Our daughter, Rachel Corrie, was killed in 2003 in Gaza, while trying to protect a Palestinian home facing illegal destruction by the Israeli military. She was 23 years old. The massive, armored Caterpillar D-9 bulldozer that crushed her was operated by two Israeli soldiers and manufactured in the United States. It was the same type of militarized bulldozer that US presidents from George W. Bush through to Donald Trump have delivered to Israel.
Today, as the destruction of Palestinian homes has only become more commonplace, not to mention the horror of Israel’s genocide, Senator Bernie Sanders will force a vote in the Senate to try to end this cycle of death by banning the transfer of D-9 bulldozers to Israel. We hope he will not take this stand alone.
No policy can bring back those taken from us by these actions—children and other loved ones. But the Senate now has an opportunity to honor the memories of our daughter, other Americans, and thousands of Palestinian civilians killed, and to show that their deaths, and all the destruction, will no longer be condoned and funded. 🚨 TWO YOUNG GIRLS FOUND DECEASED 💔 IDENTITIES UNKNOWN 🚨
Authorities in Cleveland, Ohio are urgently working to identify two young girls whose bodies were discovered in suitcases buried in shallow graves on March 2, 2026.

The discovery was made when a person walking their dog in a field near East 163rd Street and Midland Avenue noticed disturbed ground and alerted authorities. When police arrived, they uncovered the bodies of two children.

Investigators with the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office have confirmed through DNA testing that the girls were half-sisters, but their identities remain unknown.

Both victims are Black girls. One is estimated to be between 8½ and 13 years old, and the other between 10½ and 14 years old.

According to officials:

"At this time, neither decedent has been positively identified," Christopher Harris, a spokesperson for the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office, said in a statement.

The Medical Examiner’s Office has not yet released a cause of death.

Right now investigators are trying to answer the most important question:

Who are these girls?

Police say the victims have not yet been matched to any local missing children reports, meaning investigators may be searching far beyond Cleveland to determine where these girls came from and what happened to them.

These children deserve their names back. They deserve dignity. They deserve to be remembered.
