It took PSG & Bayern just 13.7 seconds to restart play from throw-ins last night.
That's quicker than any single Premier League team has averaged this season (Man City fastest at 14.9s) #UCL
Bit more accurate over last 5 years. Transfermrkt isnโt great for English clubs due to conversions and also club separation from the academy groupings (you can search man city U18 for example and find a bunch of sales under there even though itโs technically the same club)

This whole situation couldโve been avoided if we stopped this woke trend of playing the FA Cup final before the season ends
The FA Cup final should be the week after the prem ends not on GW37 of the prem ffs
The number one issue with the scheduling debate is having the FA Cup final before the end of the Premier League season.
No team should ever be punished for making a cup final.
And before the inevitable "It's because of the World Cup" replies come flooding in, that's wrong.
The FA Cup final being the penultimate weekend of the PL season was part of the six-year agreement signed at the start of the 2024/25 season.
