@RKelanic If the pope authorized the slaughter of tens of thousands of citizens of the Vatican and a missle strike on other Christian nations, he wouldn’t be protected either
@TWL_Carion Maybe the “studs” aren’t worth coaching. Could be the reason there are over 6000 players in the portal? Giving players advise to best appeal to coaches is never a bad thing. You don’t have to take it or even agree.
@presto334 @BluebookBeede @bsblbluebook@CoachAJGonzo If it’s a sport that represents life, how is it not the same? I’m sure the rec league or men’s beer league doesn’t care what you wear or how you present yourself but being a collegiate athlete is a privilege. There are higher standards.
@presto334 @BluebookBeede @bsblbluebook@CoachAJGonzo Exactly! Not sure I know many business owners hiring executives showing up in flip flops to an interview!
@presto334 @BluebookBeede @bsblbluebook@CoachAJGonzo If the kids stats speak for themselves and are projected as a high draft pick, wear what you want. Now for the other 99% of kids fighting to make a roster spot at any level. I’d take any advise I can, but that’s just me. 🤷♂️
@presto334 @BluebookBeede @bsblbluebook@CoachAJGonzo It’s the opinion of a coach, not a scout. The flex is letting kids know what coaches (specifically this coach) expect. Kids can do what they want but the majority of college coaches care because it’s indicative of the overall attitude which can’t be measured.
@presto334@bsblbluebook @BluebookBeede @CoachAJGonzo A kid who has nothing vs a kid who shows up with a $600 bat, $200 cleats, a dozen pairs of Bruce bolt batting gloves after paying for 2 travel teams, PBR tournaments and a handful of $1200 showcases, not the same. Go ahead, show up in crocs. I’m sure you’re right.
