@HiveHelper I spent an entire morning trying to reinstall update unplug and reboot. Couldn't your stay page be updated to let people know everything is down. For other users I found my Google home still works so I can control the heating from that app instead. I'm on Android.

@JubbyJJ @virginmedia you can download the virgin media app and login, service checker still works on there,

[M.G @Bluegoosie11]

@virginmedia The website service checker is still down. The app shows there is a problem affecting W5 postcode phone and broadband - fix time 22.45 today. Hope this helps other people.

I don't know if you would know the answer but with regards to a first time speeding offence is it more likely an educational course will be given or a full penalty fine and points? If it is the latter how much is the penalty and how many points will be given?

@MetCC Please could I have the contact number for the Camera Processing Services? Are they able to receive recorded post as they have only given a PO box address?
