ریاست بلوچ کو ایک قوم نہیں بلکہ دشمن کے طور پر دیکھتی ہے۔ ریاست کا مسئلہ نہ تو محض بلوچ انسرجنسی ہے، نہ کاؤنٹر ٹیررازم، اور نہ ہی نام نہاد ناراض بلوچوں سے، اصل مسئلہ بلوچ کی شناخت ہے۔ ریاست کو بلوچ کے ہر اُس فرد سے مسئلہ ہے جس کی پہچان بلوچ ہونا ہے۔ اسی سوچ کے تحت بلوچ مرد، عورتیں، نوجوان، بزرگ اور حتیٰ کہ کمسن بچوں کو جبری طور پر لاپتہ کیا جا رہا ہے یا قتل کیا جا رہا ہے۔ یہ بلوچ کُش پالیسیاں خود اس حقیقت کو عیاں کرتی ہیں کہ ریاست کو بلوچ کے وجود سے مسئلہ ہے، اس کی مزاحمت سے نہیں بلکہ اس کی شناخت سے۔

دہشت گردی اور کاؤنٹر ٹیررازم کا بیانیہ محض ایک پردہ ہے، جس کے پیچھے ریاست اپنی بلوچ کُش پالیسیوں کو جواز فراہم کرتی ہے اور دنیا کے سامنے انہیں جائز ثابت کرنے کی کوشش کرتی ہے۔ اگر ایسا نہ ہوتا تو نہتی خواتین، حاملہ عورتوں اور تیرہ سالہ بچوں کو جبری طور پر غائب کرنا آخر کس کاؤنٹر ٹیررازم کے زمرے میں آتا ہے؟

جب ہم بلوچ نسل کُشی کی بات کرتے ہیں تو ہمیں کہا جاتا ہے کہ یہ بیانیہ جھوٹ پر مبنی ہے۔ مگر ایک قوم کے لیے اس سے بڑی نسل کُشی اور کیا ہو سکتی ہے کہ اسے مٹانے کے لیے تمام حدیں پار کر لی جائیں، اور مرد، عورت، بزرگ اور بچے کے درمیان تمیز ہی ختم کر دی جائے؟

ہم نے سنا ہیکہ مہذب قومیں دشمنی اور جنگ کی حالت میں بھی عورتوں اور بچوں کو الگ سمجھتی ہیں، مگر بلوچ کی بدقسمتی یہ ہے جو اسے دشمن تصور کرتی ہے اسکے پاس نہ تہذیب باقی رہی ہے اور نہ انسانیت، ملکی اور بین الاقوامی آئین و قوانین کی تو بات ہی بے معنی ہو چکی ہے، کیونکہ اس ملک میں وہ اب محض کاغذی دعووں کے سوا کچھ نہیں رہے۔

Bramsh Publication, under the Literature Department of the Baloch Yakjehti Committee, presents Mazahmati Yadasht “مزاحمتی یاداشت”, a special magazine published to mark one year since the arrest of the BYC’s leadership, including Dr. Mahrang Baloch, Sibghatullah Shah Ji, Bebarg Baloch, Bebow Baloch, and Gulzadi Baloch.

Produced from within prison walls, this publication is a collective testament of endurance and conviction. It brings together essays, personal letters, political analyses, and reflective dialogues written by these leaders under conditions of surveillance, isolation, and uncertainty. These writings carry the weight of confinement while affirming the unbroken spirit of resistance, dignity, and the pursuit of freedom.

Mazahmati Yadasht serves a dual purpose: to document the lived realities of incarceration faced by political voices, and to preserve their intellectual, moral, and political presence despite attempts to silence them. By assembling prison writings into a shared historical record, the magazine transforms captivity into testimony, isolation into dialogue, and words into acts of defiance.

Paank condemns the enforced disappearance of Fida Taj son of Taj Muhammad, an 18-year-old student from District Kech, Balochistan, who was abducted on April 3 along with a friend by Pakistani forces. A student at the University of Turbat and resident of Jamak, his case reflects the ongoing human rights concerns in the region.

Paank calls for the immediate disclosure of their whereabouts, their safe release, or their production before a court of law. We urge authorities to investigate this incident and ensure accountability.

Thank you for your continued support and for raising concern about the situation of human rights defenders and the targeting of the Baloch Yakjehti Committee. Your engagement brings important international attention to these issues. Despite this, the harassment and intimidation against activists and their families continue without pause.

My father was forcibly disappeared on April 5,2025 and remained in unlawful custody for months before his release. During that time, he was denied due process and basic legal protections. After that he was summoned multiple times and threatened very seriously .This pattern extends beyond my family. Members of the Baloch Yakjehti Committee their families and other Baloch political workers facing similar threats, reflecting a broader practice of collective punishment against those associated with peaceful human rights work.

Human rights activism is not a crime. Seeking fundamental rights is protected under international law. The criminalisation of peaceful advocacy undermines justice and poses a threat to basic freedoms. Continued international attention and concrete action are essential to ensure protection, accountability, and respect for human rights.

Ghulam Qadir, son of Murad Baksh and a resident of Gwadar, was an 18-year-old student with a life full of dreams. He has now become a symbol of resistance.

On November 24, 2025, he was forcibly disappeared from The Coast Hospital Gwadar, taken without law, without justice.

After 4 months and 7 days, on April 1, 2026, his dead body was found dumped in the Palari area of Gwadar, not returned with dignity, but discarded in silence.

The Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC) strongly condemns the ongoing pattern of violence in Balochistan, where the bodies of Baloch individuals are found daily following enforced disappearances, extrajudicial killings, and targeted attacks, a reality marked by fear, yet met with resistance.

BYC makes an urgent appeal to international human rights organizations and the global community to take immediate notice of this grave situation. How long will the world remain silent?

We will not forget. We will not stay silent. This is resistance.
