Simple. It’s an automation and i have my own set too. Let me help you out.

Go to your shortcut on your iPhone.

Click Automation

Click the + button to add new automation

Scroll down to “charger” and select

Select “Run immediately”

And select “speak text” then set whatever you want your phone to say when you plug in your charger.

You can also switch the voices and accents.
