Last year, we proclaimed December 21 as Homeless Persons Memorial Day in Baltimore. Today, we stood together to honor, remember and pay respect to members of our community who have died this year while experiencing homelessness.
Great time speaking at Hazelwood for career day. My path has been diverse: from electrician to entrepreneur, and now elected official. I always seek to inspire our youth and open their eyes to the boundless opportunities that await. Huge thanks to Principal Rice & Ms.Cornfeld!
This holiday season, we’re giving the gift of imagination to @BaltCitySchools students. Reading not only nourishes the mind, but encourages our youth to think outside the box—empowering them to create the world they dream to live in. Toys are cool, but #booksarebetter!
