Home Affairs charges R140 for a Smart ID, then Capitec adds another R10 “service fee” and suddenly it’s R150. What exactly is this R10 for, and under what agreement did Capitec get the right to charge people extra for accessing a government service? Because if you're going to put Home Affairs inside your bank, then start charging people for the convenience, we deserve to know exactly who's getting paid and for what.

@eddinations @Solphendukaa Exactly, if you have to come in the shop 10 mins before closing, the least you can do is grab what you need, pay and go...dont go around all relaxed and shopping....i used to spend more than R100 for bolt coz R18 taxis are finished because of this last minute shopping behavior.

Isnt there a way where a person can transfer their policy to another insurer?
