Bungie made phenomenal games by default that worked on launch and had groundbreaking features upon day 1.

343 couldn't even put a Replay Mission option in Infinite for MONTHS.

Contracted novice developers to work on hundreds of different sections of code, released their contracts then tried to "mash the code together" thinking somehow, someway that would fucking work (spoiler, it didnt)
